We were asked to partner with them in order to help them prioritize their needs, create a design, and deliver a cost-efficient, turn-key solution. After getting to know the church, the current style of worship, and the direction their ministry desired to go, we developed a phased approach. The first phase prioritized the audio and video side of their needs. Phase two will include the lighting, main PA upgrade, Q-SYS room control, Wireless and network upgrades.

1. Installed a high-resolution LED wall as the main display and upgraded the entire video streaming system, cameras, and control, ensuring high-quality broadcasts with SDI over fiber routing.
2. Built a full A/V control room dedicated to online production, including a new mixer and acoustic treatment for improved sound quality in the online studio.
3. Expanded and upgraded the PA system with under-balcony delay fills, sub bunkers equipped with subwoofers, and additional speakers for optimal sound coverage.
4. Upgraded the Front of House audio console and converted all audio infrastructure and stage I/O to digital (DANTE), improving sound control, reliability, and signal clarity.
5. Installed personal in-ear monitor (IEM) mixers for performers and enhanced stage audio with new wedge monitors and power sequencers, integrated into the digital signal processing system.
