Overview
Rockett SUD runs board meetings over Zoom. Audio and video in the boardroom were getting in the way of the people who were not in the building. The network underneath the rooms was thin.
Limitations
- Installation had to happen around a working office.
- The existing network could not carry what the rooms needed.
The Solution
Phase one added a managed PoE switch, a Q-SYS Core 110f for room audio, Shure microphones, a Q-SYS PTZ camera, and an 8-inch touch panel. Phase two extended premium speakers and video distribution, a wall-mounted rack, and a fiber home run, then brought overflow and conference rooms into the same system with cameras, touch control, and wireless sharing.
